- We can advise you for any application specific question. Use the a.m. e-mail link to send it to our experts. Please always try to provide as many relevant information as possible, the more information you share the easier it is to advise! (Like e.g. pressure, pipe diameter, output signal, connections to PLC or DCS, environmental conditions etc.)
- As we have a high amount of available options on the instruments we supply, it is practically impossible to deliver everything from stock. Most items as offered on this website will have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after payment. If you want to know the availability of a product you can inquire through the a.m. e-mail.
DUTIES AND TAXES, IMPORT RELATED
- Please note that import duties and/or taxes may apply when importing goods. All duties and taxes are at the expense of the buyer. We deliver CPT according to Incoterms 2010.
- We are based in Driebergen-Rijsenburg, close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our sales and support department can be reached by phone during business hours, Monday - Friday from 8.00-17.00 CET (Central European Time). Any e-mail we receive is answered fast and adequate, just allow us a delay in weekends, public holidays and outside business hours.
- We provide many possibilities to pay directly on-line. If, for any reason, you would rather use a direct bank transfer to pay your invoice please contact our sales department. We will be happy to send you a Proforma invoice so you can pay by bank transfer.
- At the moment of ordering you select the country of destination to calculate the shipping cost. The amount as mentioned there is fixed, any extra cost that may occur at the moment of shipping is at our risk.
VAT - ADDED OR NOT?
- When your order is shipped to an address in Europe but outside the Netherlands, we will need your valid VAT number to be able to invoice you without adding VAT. On orders delivered in the Netherlands 21% VAT will always be added. Outside Europe no VAT is added to your order.
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT ARRIVE
- We ship only with worldwide couriers like UPS, FEDEX, TNT. Depending on size, weight and the destination we select the best forwarder at the moment of shipping; we always send you the track and trace information by email. Check this information: it will mention any delays or problems the courier may have in finding the address. If there are any questions please contact us directly.
WHO DO WE SELL TO
- Arvind reserves the right to only sell to B2B customers, we do not sell to consumers. In case of any doubt we might ask you for additional information. If we decide not to accept your order we will refund your money.
