Payment is always in advance and all prices are in EURO's.
How to pay:
You can be pay be Credit Card, Paypal, Ideal, Sofort banking. If you need a Proforma invoice before payment, just send the information about the goods that you want to order. Include your Company details (invoice and shipping information) and we will send you a Proforma with all details. Send the information by e-mail.
VAT:
All prices as mentioned are without VAT. For invoicing to a European country, you will need to provide a valid VAT number together with the Company details. When ordering from a non-European country, a VAT number is not necessary. In the ordering details (shopping cart) you will find the information and the total to be paid, including cost for shipping.
Registration:
We only sell to registered companies. In some cases we may ask you to provide more detailed information and/or copy of your registration.
After payment:
After payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation. On this confirmation you will find details about your order:
- invoice address
- shipping address
- total amount as paid
As soon as your order had been processed by our sales department, you will receive more information about delivery time and any further details.
Delivery time:
Depending on the instruments as ordered, the normal delivery time may differ from 1 week to 3 weeks.
